We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at [caspianandgrey@gmail.com] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date
  • The product must be physically returned to us before a refund is issued — we do not offer refunds without receiving the item back
  • The product must be in its original or reasonably intact condition
  • You must include your order number with the return shipment

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used beyond normal evaluation, significantly altered, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for refunds.
