Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship orders within the same business day to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. We occasionally ship on weekends as well, though this is not guaranteed and should not be expected — consider it a pleasant surprise when it happens.

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Estimated transit times provided at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Caspian & Grey is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has left our hands.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or a comparable carrier depending on your location and order size.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery window, contact us at caspianandgrey@gmail.com within 7 days and we will work to make it right. We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Caspian & Grey is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Stock and Fulfillment Delays

We are a small independent brand operating with limited inventory. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock.
