Caspian & Grey is operated by Eli Caeden Houghton as an individual doing business in Florida, United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Caspian & Grey and its owner, Eli Caeden Houghton.

3. Products

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including descriptions, ingredients, and imagery. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and are not grounds for a return outside of our standard return policy.

Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only. Results may vary between individuals. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. If you have a known skin condition or sensitivity, consult a dermatologist before use.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in USD.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 7 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

We are a small independent brand that operates with limited inventory. Occasionally, an item may sell out or be temporarily unavailable after your order is placed due to stock constraints or supply delays outside our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or the option to wait for restocking at your preference. We are not liable for delays, lost sales opportunities, or any incidental costs resulting from temporary stock unavailability.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at caspianandgrey@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve it.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A return must be physically received by us before any refund is issued.

All content on this website — including the Caspian & Grey name, logo, product imagery, copy, and design — is owned by Caspian & Grey. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at caspianandgrey@gmail.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in Gainesville, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against Caspian & Grey.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
